Christmas Day

Logan was very happy that Santa brought him a mountain bike this year.

We all got bikes this year.

It was nice that cousins and aunts and uncles could go on many bike rides together during the week.

Almost Christmas

We were all excited to head to Grandma and Grandpa Gwilliam's house for Christmas this year.  So glad that some cousins would be there to.

eating from the traditional popcorn tin

delivering cinnamon rolls to friends and neighbors

 

acting out the nativity

and sleeping potion, which never works, but is a tradition we all look forward to.

 

 

Puppies!

Someone at Mike's work found some abandoned puppies near their office recently.

So on the first day of the kids school break Mike brought the puppies home for the kids to play with.

 

 

They were very cute and little and fun for just one day :)

We knew the Wright's would enjoy some puppy fun too!

Our Deacon

Not sure how this happened so quickly,

but somehow Logan is already 12 years old and

received the Priesthood today.

Logan's Birthday Part 3

They day after Logan's Birthday he was ordained a Deacon.

We had grandparents and Uncle Scott over for dinner and another cake!

 

He was one lucky 12 year old to have so much celebrating done for his birthday this year!

Logan's Birthday, Part 2

The night before Logan's birthday we had  the Wright's over for

dinner (Jack-in-the-Box tacos) and a sleepover.

Not Logan's favorite present, but a new Deacon needs

a new white dress shirt and a tie or 2.

 

 

He was much happier about a Giant's shirt.

 

The next morning he was greeted on his big day with a giant donut for breakfast.

 

 

next was a scavenger hunt to find another present.

He had some help with the hunt.

 

They were in a hurry...

 

For the final clue he headed to the shed to find a new ripstick.

Ward Christmas Breakfast

We always look forward to the Ward Christmas Breakfast!

 

 

Logan was cast as Joseph this year...the last thing he will do in Primary.

Mallory was a very cute Mary and Jaxson was a Wiseman.

 

The nativity looked great this year.

 

 

 

and of course Santa and Mrs. Claus came for a visit.

 

 

Unfortunately Kaitlyn and Logan think they are too old to sit on Santa's lap anymore,

but I least they would stand close enough so I could get a picture with him.
